I've added a small red badge with an exclmation point on it which indicates new posts, you should see them in any posts that you haven't read yet .

and I have also added a "Link to post" link that you can paste into other posts and it should take you directly to the post you linked from .

like for example, this link: http://love-gardens.com/viewtopic.php?p=2291#p2291
will take you directly to Ozzy's first post in the countdown thread .
