The Love-Gardens Terms of Service

Chat and forums users will be assumed to have read and agreed to these Terms of Service and, by occasionally rereading of them, to be aware of changes and updates to the Terms of Service, We reserve the right to make changes, alterations, additions or deletions to this TOS without prior notice, and any significant changes will be posted in the info center .

It is your responsibility to periodically check the rules and make yourself aware of any changes.

You should always view the online community area as a public meeting place. To the extent possible, all conversations are the property of Love-Gardens.com, By participating you have granted Love-Gardens.com the license to use them for any purpose whatsoever. For this reason you may not post any material for which you do not own the copyright.

Only users who have registered with full registration data including real name and a valid e-mail address are permitted

In the Love-Gardens.com community areas. Failure to register, or registration with false information, especially misrepresentation of age, gender or email address, is grounds for immediate blocking of access. Additionally, it is the member's responsibility to update and maintain a valid email address with their membership.

Use of multiple names is limited to no more than two usernames. Given the benefits of anonymity in discussing certain personal issues which may appropriately be discussed in some community settings, use of a different username to protect privacy may be appropriate. However, individuals who have been locked, barred, secured, or banned are not permitted to create a new account as a way to circumvent the consequences for violations of the Terms of Service and Love-Gardens.com reserves the right to terminate any new accounts which have been established in this manner as well as remove any content posted.

We reserve the right to remove member accounts that have no activity within the last 90 days and have zero (0) posts, we may also remove accounts that have been inactive for at least 1 year, regardless of the number of posts .

We do not delete accounts by member request without a valid reason,, and members cannot delete their own accounts, if you wish to delete your account & post history, contact the forum administrator, and we will consider removing your account .

Users must be at least 18 years old to participate in our Sexual related forums

Since Love-Gardens.com admins cannot verify a member's age, we can not be held liable for any member who gives inaccurate or incomplete information about date of birth or age in their profile, any member who is thought to be underage and who posts in the adult forums will have their posts deleted .

The moderators are all community volunteers. Their job is to keep the forums productive and positive .

All moderators and admins are always visible to members on the 'who is online' list, and moderators and admins can see all members, regardless of how their 'Hide my online status' is set .

In response to an unacceptable post or other action as defined here, the moderators may make edits or comments within posts containing unacceptable content. They may also remove unacceptable content and issue warnings or temporary forum bans.

All such discipline will weigh the unacceptable content or other action against the prior disciplinary record of the individual in question. The individual's attitude and further actions with respect to the incident will also be a factor.

Do not edit or delete Moderator comments. Moderator edits and comments within posts are intended to implement these forum Rules, Do not post discussions of the board itself or of moderator decisions. If you feel the need to discuss either of these, send your questions to the admins by personal message or e-mail .

Do not quote content of other posts which violate these rules. Do not repost threads that have been locked or deleted. Do not repost content that has been edited or deleted by the moderators.

We reserve the right to ban any member for any reason, even if they do not violate any of the rules covered in this TOS.

Technical Support questions should be posted in the 'info center' forum, do not e-mail/PM the admins with technical questions, unless the question is related to IP addresses, e-mail address or other private information, the info center is there to benefit all members with similar issues to those issues that are posted there .

You will not attempt to "spam", "crack," "hack," or "bomb" the community., You will not attempt to access moderator-only sections or features, All "hack" reports will be investigated by the admins as they arise. Those found active will be dealt with as fast as possible, Accounts that are caught "hacking" in any way shape or form are locked immediately with no warning, questions, or recourse.

Threads are to be in posted in their appropriate forums, do not post Spam. This includes, but is not restricted to, posting links, images or e-mail addresses by new members if you are below the minimum post count (see the FAQ page), posting expressly to increase your post count without providing content, multiple posts or threads with similar content by the same member ("crossposting") .

You will not post disruptive content, such as chain letters, all caps, unnecessarily long messages, or meaningless text.

The moderators will use their discretion to determine when a post is not intended to contribute to a community discussion.

You will not harass, threaten, embarrass or distress users, either in the community itself or via personal email, phone, physical mail or in person. You will not engage in name-calling or personal attacks in the course of discussion or debate. You will not post inflammatory remarks simply for the purpose for evoking reaction or starting fights with other community members (Often referred to as "trolling"). Overall, promoting a spirit of divisiveness in the chat and forums community will not be tolerated.

Do not post content that would defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.

Do not post content which is not available on U.S. primetime broadcast television. “Content” means everything included in your post; your written words, any picture, your signature and all direct hyperlinks, whether typed or embedded in an image. Further, “all hyperlinks” means any link you post may not go directly to any content listed below. We understand that linked pages may contain links to content in violation of these guidelines. We require users to review linked pages for obvious links to content which violates the posting guidelines and refrain from posting. Linking to a page which may contain a link to content which violates these guidelines will not constitute a violation, so long as the links themselves do not, in any way, violate these guidelines.

If you are unsure of what constitutes U.S. primetime broadcast television standards- for example, inappropriate nudity, play it safe and do not post it. If you need clarification, contact the forum administrator

The forums utilize an automatic filter which replaces certain unacceptable words with asterisks. Note that this filter does not make the use of such words permissible - rather, its operation is a direct indication that the poster used unacceptable content.

Sending unsolicited PMs to multiple members without their consent is a form of harassment, and it is also spamming, Members should be courteous and ask someone if they would be willing to accept the PM, Members who disregard this notice may be banned.

Do not repost private emails or PMs without the participant’s expressed permission.

Do not post directly, or post links to any site that contains either content of, or other links to, files, programs or software that could harm or lock up another person's computer or compromise private personal data, Doing so can result in a ban.

Do not arrange for the exchange of pirated software, other copyrighted content or other illegal items or substances while using the Love-Gardens.com services. This also includes links to any site that contains either content of, or other links to, pirated software or other illegal items or substances.

Do not post, publish, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information.

Do not advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose on these forums without permission from the Love-Gardens.com admins .

Do not use the forums in connection with any surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk email, spamming or any duplicative or unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise).

Do not harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses and IP addresses.

Do not create "Test" posts. Visit one of the forums and contribute to a discussion to observe what you want to test.

Do not impersonate in the community any person, including Love-Gardens,com admins and volunteer staff, no creating handles or making statements falsely indicating that you represent Love-Gardens.com as a volunteer moderator or other staff member .

Signature images should not exceed a file size of 250KB and dimensions not in excess of 640 pixels wide and 200 pixels high. Multiple images in a signature, when taken as a whole, may not exceed the limit set for a single image above. The entire signature, text included, may not exceed 300 pixels in height.

Signatures should not include offsite links or indecent or offensive pictures, tickers and personal pictures are OK, as long as they comply with rules stated elseware in this TOS .

Promotional links or affiliate links will be permitted in signatures after the user has reached 100 posts, Links to a member's personal homepage, Myspace,Facebook,MSN etc is permitted after the user has reached the minimum number of posts where links are allowed (see the FAQ page), links to websites that are are offensive or contain malware or other dangerous code will be removed, and the member will be warned or banned .

Posting entire articles is prohibited, even if permission has been granted by the copyright holder. Instead please only post a portion of the article with a link to read the rest.

Love-Gardens.com is NOT a dating or matchmaking site, it is intended for sharing advice and useful information between the members,, off topic chat by members is welcome here, but should be conducted in the 'chat threads' section .

You will not ask users for the phone number, physical, email or instant message or other identifying information of a third party that is not present, nor provide such information if asked. Both the one asking for such information and the one supplying it will be viewed as violating this rule.

you will not supply your own personal info through posts or PMs for the purpose of attracting, enticing or soliciting other members .
